RE/MAX Realty Affiliates Places on
‘Top 25 of Nevada’ List
(Reno, Nev.) – The southwest region of RE/MAX recently recognized five RE/MAX Realty Affiliates teams on the Nevada Top 25 Teams list and five associates on the Nevada Top 25 Individual Performers list. The Top Producing Teams include Brian Lessinger, The David Morris Group, Ardea Heinen, Sandy Canepa and Janice Mackenzie and the individuals who placed on the Top 25 Individual list are Kelly Werner, Brian Williams, Ken Scott, Kim de Lancey and Linda Averett. Teams and individual performers are ranked based upon their sales volume and compete against all realty teams and agents in Nevada.

Brian Lessinger, with the Lessinger Team and Co-Owner of RE/MAX Realty Affiliates, ranked number 10 in Nevada. Since entering the real estate profession in 1977, David Morris has been a consistent Top Producer, ranking in the top 1% of all Realtors® nationwide. Sandy Canepa has been selling Real Estate since 1985 and among several designations, has also received the NAR Green Designation. Licensed since 2003, Jan Mackenzie is also an active volunteer of such organizations as Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and Nevada Diabetes Association for Children and Adults (NDACA).
Kelly Werner has been in the industry since 1986 and has received many awards for her top production. Brian Williams, Kim de Lancey and Ardea Heinen are Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) and are trained extensively in short sales and foreclosures. Ken Scott, a full-time Realtor® with over 20 years of experience, is a member of ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative). Linda Averett was recently acknowledged as the 1st Place Individual Realtor® in the state of Nevada for sales and has also earned the Chairman's Club distinction, the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a Realtor®.
